It’s Brownie Wednesday
At the grocery store.
I find this out
As I check out,
My cart filled with produce,
Organic eggs
And dairy.
My beloved tells me
I wouldn’t like those brownies anyway,
They all come with frosting.
Frosted brownies
Are too much,
Doncha know.
