This is what I do now

This becomes less difficult as time goes on. As I remind my clients, I remind myself:  such change takes time and practice.

I remind myself
This is what I do now:
Pray around the edges
(Not in front)
This is what I do now:
Sit in the middle of things
(Without directing)
This is what I do now:
Stand on the edges
(Without resentment)
Encourage from the spaces
In between.
This is what I do now:
Watch
Listen
Speak occasionally
If necessary.
